Glen Eira council upgrades contact centre

Melbourne's Glen Eira Council has upgraded its contact centre with IT and deployment from Flexnet Australia and SJS Solutions.

The council's customer service centre located in Caulfield came under review during a recent PABX tender process. ShoreTel partner Flexnet proposed the ShoreTel Unified Communications solution to the council with the Enterprise Contact Centre application to deliver the extensive technology upgrade.

The Council had a specific requirement to display wrap code data, information that is important to their agents and supervisors and SJS Solutions' knowledge of ShoreTel's ECC data feeds enabled them to provide Flexnet with the ability to supply this.
